To create our website, we will be using Blogger.
Blogger is a free blogging platform created by Google. This is a great tool for PPD because,
1) It’s free to create a website
2) It requires little time to setup
3) Very easy to setup
4) Ranks well on Google!
To get started, head on over to http://www.blogger.com/home and login with your Google account. If you do not have a Google account, click signup and make one.
